Donna Nook is an RAF bombing range on the Lincolnshire coast, just south of Grimsby. Towards the end of the year it is a very popular place for grey seals. Grey seals are comical creatures which don't tend to do much other than laze about and get fat. That said, they can still move surprisingly fast. To add interest, the day I was there, there was an Apache helicopter going round in circles dropping flares. All day. So that's what the taxpayers' money gets spent on! As I took rather a lot of pictures (249 in all - though managed to reduce that to 70 odd after deleting the less good ones), I've split the day into three sets of pictures - adult seals, seal pups, and helicopters.
