Apache Helicopters And Mud

Mud And Sand Mud And Sand Apache Helicopter Apache Helicopter Apache Helicopter Apache Helicopter Apache Helicopter Apache Helicopter Dropping Flares The Moon

Photos of an Apache helicopter flying around Donna Nook, Lincolnshire. And some mud. Shortly after taking these photos, the Apache disappeared, then suddenly came thundering overhead at about fifty feet, did some impressive low level wingovers and disappeared. I looked about and saw the rotor blades peeking out from behind a sand dune I'd been standing on a few minutes before. It then pounced, and came over, again at about 50 feet, gun tracking me. It was really quite intimidating, and very impressive - the things are so quiet it's spooky. The fact that it can hide behind a sand dune without you noticing, and then appear overhead so suddenly, makes you realise that you don't want to be on the wrong side of one of these massive flying tanks. Sadly I was far too transfixed to get any photos of these capers.
