Wiring For Fridge And Fan Was A Bit Of An Afterthought Extractor Fan Wiring Lights Shiny New Oven All That Polyfilla Paid Off Every Good Kitchen Needs A Blackboard Wall Turned Out To Be One Of Biggest Jobs Timber Added To Stabilise Wall Timber Added To Stabilise Wall

Not much to do now but wait for the kitchen to be delivered. I'm now tripping over a nice shiny new oven which I can't use. The unstable wobbly tongue and groove wall is now stabilised and painted, and looks rather good - after a disproportionately large amount of work. The lights are all in (and I can't help but think I put a few too many in...) and the only difficult job left (other than fitting the kitchen) is working out how to get the extractor fan outlet up the chimney - a job not helped by the family of jackdaws living at the top.
